We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the space industry, specifically in the sales of satellite platforms, subsystems, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and positioning HEX20's products as key enablers in satellite and space system development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for satellite platforms and subsystems.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global space market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace OEMs, integrators, and government agencies.

  • Represent HEX20 at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales within the space/aerospace industry, with focus on components or subsystems.

  • Strong understanding of satellite systems, avionics, power systems, or communication modules.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
