Technical Manager/System Engineer

Job description
We are looking for a techno-manager with minimum 7-12 years of experience. Program management of multiple missions. Based on the mission demands the allocation may vary. Your role will be System Engineer with project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans, establish milestones, and track progress against schedules, regularly communicating updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.
Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams, including Electrical, Mechanical, FSW, Payload teams, component vendors and project management, to ensure cohesive system development and integration.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks throughout the mission lifecycle.
Gather and analyse mission & system requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, well-defined, and feasible within technical and resource constraints.
Develop and document the overall system architecture, defining subsystem interfaces, component specifications, and design constraints.
Responsible for mass and power budget management. Analysis on the impact of deep-space environmental conditions like temperatures, radiation, micro meteoroids and link issues on the developed system.
Ensure documentation and compliance with space agency standards for design and operational procedures.
